Robert Rodriguez has been asked by Nike to direct a commercial for them. Kobe Bryant is The Black Mamba and several people are trying to get his new basketball shoe. The mini movie Rodriguez has made has a couple of nice cameos.

Although it’s nice to see Danny Trejo, Bruce Willis and Kanye West appearing, I though that the commercial itself wasn’t that special. I didn’t like the fact that it kept cutting back to Bryant and Rodriguez. Would have liked it more if we saw the setup at the start, followed by the “movie” itself.
I though the cameos were the best thing about this commercial as not a lot of other things happen to make it interesting enough.
