The popularity of the tattoo has risen a lot the last couple of years thanks to various TV shows and the fact that a lot of celebrities in both sport and entertainment have them. Personally I don’t think I’ll ever get one, but somehow I was thinking if I ever would get a tattoo what would it be? If it would be movie related, what would it be? I’d probably go for something that would have to do with one of my favourite movies (Black Swan/Mr.Nobody or Pulp Fiction), although I’d take a lot of time figuring out what it would be exactly. So this week’s question:
If you would get a movie related tattoo, what would it be?
Personally, I wouldn’t get a tattoo because I’m not really into those things. Then again, I’m not into body trends.
If I was to get one, it would be the Lost in Translation film title with its letters probably around my upper back.
That is a nice pick, subtle and only movie lovers would know it has to do with movies.
I’ve got a few Tattoos. I have one which is a film can, with the strip wrapping around my calf. The film strip starts out as a reel, then halfway through changes into a bar of music with notes floating around, then a quill, then it changes back into a reel going through the two Janus masks.
It’s my tribute to the film making process. Writing (quill). Performance (masks). Music (notes). Film (reel).
That sounds like a very cool tattoo, would you be able to share a picture of it? Would be interested to see what it looks like!
KHANNNNNNN!!!
🙂
I’ve actually thought about this a bit! I probably won’t ever get a tattoo, but if I did, I’d either go with a yellow umbrella from How I Met Your Mother, or maybe a mini version of a city landscape, reminiscent of the one Tom drew on Summer in (500) Days of Summer.
Have never watched How I Met Your Mother, but that cityscape of (500) Days of Summer is a cool idea.
